Fit is very comfortable with little or no brake in and ran true to size. So far they have been very warm and dry for winter ware.
The soles have proven to be sure footed in the snow and ice.
Would recommend to anyone.

I only give this shoes a one star because of its fantastic looks, but the good stops there. This shoes is a major slip hazard, DO NOT try to walk on wet tile or wet wood floors, there is almost 0 traction.
I have a slightly wide foot but the toe box on this shoes is just huge, in addition to that, the front sole of the shoe has a slight up curl that makes for a very uneasy feel, you never quit feel sure footed in these, feels like walking in loose rubber boots. Very fatiguing to the feet.
This shoes is a big dis appoinment from the wolverine company.

I have been a naturalist tour guide for over 15 years in the jungles and high lands of Costa Rica. I have wear many different well known hiking shoes of must known trade marks. This time, I decided to look for something new and rather cheaper than previous expensive shoes. I found Tamarack WP and one first feature really important to me is:They are so light!!! secondly so comfortable in all areas of my feet ( My job is hiking long hours ) Feel very safe and I just love their look. As I moved out to my beloved nature sites, I will keep you posted on how they behave!!!
