I stumbled upon these shoes at Landshark's in Sauguatuck, Michigan and have been in heaven ever since. They are simply the most comfortable shoes I have owned. After standing at work all day my feet/legs are still fresh for the walk home. Can't wait to acquire a few more pairs to round out the closet. Thank you!

Stylich, comfy but too squeakyBy

So I really like these shoes. The style is great, the comfort is great, and they can handle California winter weather well. I bought them at REI, and I knew immediately that I wanted them. The best part is that I didn't have to break them in. They slip on so easily but they stay us snuggly.
But I am a web developer and I work in a quiet cubicle environment, and when I walk around the office EVERYONE can hear me coming from the squeak of the shoe. As a consequence, I don't wear them often anymore. I tried different socks, and I tried even wearing them barefoot, and the squeak won't go away. Please help me solve this problem. What do I need to do?

Ive had these for several weeks now. They require a slight 3-4 day break in but then are super comfy. At first the laceless design threw me but its quite comfortable and convieniant. As stated above they were squeeking at first. I think this is caused by the plastic/rubber heal support of the insert pressing against the soft felt-like liner of the shoe underneath. Super easy fix. I love these shoes more and more each time I wear them. I was hoping the grey would be more of a light grey. It really looks brown. Please Cushe make these shoes in more varied colors and put me down for several more pairs! Great shoes!
