Great Shoes, Excellent Customer Service By AVN 8/3/2010
I ordered these shoes on this site in a size 11, (I'm a true 10 1/2 Narrow) when I received them they were loose and large for me and so I sized down to a 10 and they fit fantastic. I called customer service to let them know I needed to size down the shoes and have them in time for a trip I was taking and they were fantastic to process my return in time for me to make my trip. I will definitely order again.
