Easy Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
To ensure prompt service, please respond within 30 days of receipt of your order. When you contact our Customer Service department, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse as well as a FREE FREIGHT promotional code to be used for your REPLACEMENT ORDER.
Please allow between 5 and 10 business days for your return to be processed. A refund should appear on your credit card statement shortly thereafter.
Cushe.CA stands behind the quality of workmanship and materials used in our footwear. If unworn merchandise is found to be defective, customer service will assume full responsibility and give credit for the merchandise and shipping costs.

The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you can even track your order online. Just call 1800 567 4874 Monday through Friday, between 8.30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Tracking Your Order
Once you place an order, we will send you an email with an order confirmation number. You can track the status of your order with this number on our website by going to "Order Status" on the homepage of WWW.CUSHE.COM/CA.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with a tracking number. The link in your email will take you to the shipping company website to track your order. If parts of your order are shipped at different times, you will be notified of each shipment and its separate tracking number.
