Super Frenchie Cliff Jump

Cushe team rider and professional skier and BASE jumper Matthias Giraud headed to Thailand last month with Puddle Monkey Productions alongside Suz Graham (pro skier), Whitney McVey from the show Thrillbillies, Jesse Hall and Marshall Miller from the GoPro Bomb Squad for an epic jump off a cliff in Tonsaï beach in Thailand.
Captured mid flight on a GoPro camera, Giraud completes yet another epic jump.

We wanna do it!

Clark Little

Summer is here, though for most of us it's just the usual mid-week, but someone who has taken to a life of year round summer is Award winning photographer Clark Little.

Born in Napa, California but raised in Oahu of Hawaii, Little made his name as a pioneer of surfing at the Waimea Bay Shorebreak with a unique talent for taking off on hopeless closeout shorebreak waves and suriving in one piece.

Little later discovered his talent for photography when his wife decided she wanted a picture of the ocean for the living room. With the confidence of an experienced surfer, Little went out and bought a waterproof camera setup, jumped in the ocean and began his adventure in capturing the beauty and power of the Hawaiian waves.

Cushe X Hoffman California Fabrics collaboration sneak peek

Team Cushe are getting pretty excited about our upcoming collaboration with surf scene legends at Hoffman California Fabrics for our Spring/Summer 2014 collection.

Hoffman has been famously creating authentic Hawaiian and Balinese prints that have been a driving force in defining beach culture since 1924. With champion surfers, Walter and Philip Hoffman joining the company in 1950 during the SoCal age of surfing, the essence of the Cushe lifestyle was born.

The team at Hoffman create around 800 crafted patterned prints per year and are masters at capturing the Aloha spirit and culture, so our Cushe specialists certainly had a tough choice selecting the prints for this collection.

Spring/ Summer 2014 is a little while away so keep yourself up to date with a sneak peak of the collection here!

Swim 1000

On August 10th 2012 Dave Cornthwaite jumped into the Missouri River having never swum further than 100 metres in one go.

His team had never paddled on a big river but were right alongside him in a Mad River Canoe and on Lakeshore Stand Up Paddleboards, helping to support Dave & raise funds for the breast cancer awareness charity, CoppaFeel! 58 days and 1001 miles later they reached St Louis, Missouri.

This is the story of a true adventure, some good old fashioned British grit, and how ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things if they just say yes.

..And in case you were wondering, Dave also wore his Cushe shoes, in-between swims!
